Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your charter 14 days or more before your
scheduled charter date, you have the option of rescheduling or
a refund of your deposit.If you cancel between 5 and 14
days before your scheduled charter date, you will receive a
refund of 50% of your deposit.
If you cancel 5 days or less before your scheduled charter
date, you will forfeit your deposit.
No-shows will forfeit their deposit.
Inclement Weather Policy
If Captain Chuck Woodward determines that weather
conditions are not safe to get underway, you will have the
option to rebook your trip or have your deposit refunded.
Decisions about weather and the safety of the passengers,
crew, and boat are in the sole discretion of Captain Chuck
Woodward.
Safety/Alcohol & Drugs
Hard liquor and illegal drugs are not permitted aboard the
Yellowfin.
All passengers aboard the Yellowfin must follow Captain
Chuck Woodward's directions and warnings for the safety of
all.
